Premier Cabinet Wholesalers is a division of Rochester Countertop, Inc. The parent company was founded in 1987 by Herve Pelletier as a manufacturer of countertops for local distributors and dealers. In 1998 Premier Cabinet Wholesalers was formed as a new division and maintains the following philosophy for success that was established in 1987 and is practiced everyday:
